#RealTalk
Raw talk from Cornwall on men’s mental health & life’s quirks.
Real talk not as a Chef
With two men taking their own lives every minute, it’s time to break the silence, have a laugh, and support each other through the ups and downs.
Dave & Steve, Cornwall’s own, tackle the unspoken with humour & heart. Dive into candid conversations on men’s issues, mental health, and life’s big questions. Unedited, raw, and real, we’re here to laugh, learn, and lift the lid on what men are really thinking.
Dave’s journey hasn’t been without its challenges; at 19, Dave survived a traumatic house fire that left lasting psychological scars. This experience, coupled with other life-threatening incidents like severe car accidents, has profoundly shaped his outlook on life.
Through the 2 Fellaz podcast, Dave channels these experiences into raw, honest conversations about men’s mental health, aiming to create a space where others feel empowered to share their stories and seek support.
Steve and Dave know all too well from their own experiences with trauma and mental health battles. That’s why they started the 2 Fellaz podcast—to cut through and get real about the stuff we all go through but rarely talk about.
The Stark Reality of Men's Mental Health
Every two minutes, a man somewhere in the world takes his own life. That’s over 700,000 men each year globally. The silence around men’s mental health is not just deafening—it’s deadly.
Here at 2Fellaz, we believe that talking openly about mental health is the first step towards change. We’re here to break down those barriers, one conversation at a time.
Men’s mental health isn’t just a men’s issue—it’s a societal issue. By fostering open, honest, and supportive conversations, we can help reduce the stigma and save lives.
