Chef Sargent brings the restaurant to you
Born and raised in North Cornwall, Dave spent many years working in kitchens across Cornwall and Devon, perfecting his craft and fostering a deep desire to take his cheffing expertise beyond the restaurant’s four walls.
In 2007 he embarked on his dream and started a whole new journey with food, creating these wonderful; events for all to enjoy.

Living along the rugged coastline, Chef Sargent takes great pride in sourcing all the very best ingredients. With the abundance of fresh fish caught daily and the array of quality local produce available, there really is no limit to how decadent your experience can be.
